I’m Nicole—a registered social worker, EMDR certified therapist, and mom specializing in perinatal mental health, trauma recovery, and mood disorders. Through my own pregnancy and postpartum journey, I understand how the life you envisioned can sometimes feel worlds apart from the reality you’re living. I work with individuals facing a variety of concerns, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation difficulties, trauma, birth trauma, and relationship challenges.
