Individual therapy provides a supportive, confidential space to explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Using an integrative, evidence-based approach, we work together to build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and support meaningful change.

We help address postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, identity changes, relationship stress, sleep deprivation, and emotional overwhelm. Using evidence-based approaches, therapy helps new parents build coping skills, improve confidence, and feel more supported as they adjust to life with a baby.

Trauma therapy helps individuals process and heal from past experiences such as childhood trauma, birth trauma, PTSD, and distressing life events. Using evidence-based approaches including EMDR Therapy, we support regulation, reduce triggers, and build coping skills so you can feel safer, more grounded, and move forward with confidence.

Therapy supports individuals navigating infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, and the emotional stress of trying to conceive. We talk about grief, anxiety, uncertainty, and relationship strain while building coping skills and resilience. Using an evidence-based approach, you can process complex emotions and feel more supported throughout your family-building journey.
